S'mores Muffins

Here it is!!! the protein s’mores muffin recipe ☁️🍫🫶🏼 the best part is, you just need one bowl: add in the wet ingredients, stir in the dry until combined, scoop into a lined muffin tin, bake and ENJOYYYY the tastes of summer❤️
Wet ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1/3 cup brown sugar

Dry:
3/4 cup flour
2 scoops Designer Plant vanilla protein
1 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt and vanilla
As many chocolate chips and marshmallows as your heart desires!

Combine, pour into cups, and then bake at 375°F for 18 minutes!
