Orders submitted through our website are processed within 2-3 business days (weekends not included). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We do not have control over shipping companies unplanned delays or weather.

We use FedEx Ground to deliver all orders submitted through our online store.

Our shipping rates are a flat rate of $5.95. If you spend over $50 (after discounts & promotions have been applied), then your shipping is free!

No, we currently only ship within the contiguous United States (no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii).

No, we do not currently offer discounts for purchasing in bulk. Prices shown on our website are for individual items.

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking information. For detailed tracking information, please visit www.Fedex.Com.

All items that are in stock generally ship within 2-3 business days of the order being placed.

We do not want anything to hold up your order, so any out of stock item(s) will be cancelled from the order and the remainder of your order that is in stock will be shipped.

If an item is cancelled, our customer service team will reach out to you via email. You will not be charged for the cancelled item.

If you receive the wrong item with your shipment, please call (1-800-337-4463) or email us (Info@Old.Designerprotein.Com) for a replacement or for appropriate credit and instructions for return of the product(s).

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item purchased from Designer Protein for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Designer Protein is not responsible for return postage.

You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment according to the following guidelines:

1) Please reach out to our customer service at 1-800-337-4463 or Info@Old.Designerprotein.Com prior to returning your product(s) and provide the following information: order number, product description, reason for return, quantity, lot number (listed on the side/bottom of product), enjoy by date (listed on the side/bottom of the product) and date purchased.

2) All returns must be accompanied by an order number and original packing slip/a copy of your order confirmation email. Product shipped to Designer Protein without this information will be refused and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the consumer.

3) Credit will be issued to the original form of payment after returns have been received & inspected by Designer Protein.

Designer Protein offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products and if you are not satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to exchange or return the product to the original place of purchase.
