Pumpkin Protein Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ c almond flour⁠
  • 1 c canned pumpkin⁠
  • 1 c plain Greek yogurt⁠
  • 2 eggs⁠
  • 3 servings Designer Whey French Vanilla protein powder ⁠
  • 1 ½ t pumpkin pie spice⁠
  • 1 t baking soda⁠
  • 1 t baking powder⁠
  • 1/3 c dark chocolate chips⁠

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine wet ingredients, then add the dry, add chocolate last
  2. Stir with a spoon
  3. Bake at 350° for 20-25 min
  4. Add some pumpkin seeds to the top (optional)
  5. Makes 12 muffins
