Recipe makes 12 muffins:
ā€¢ 3 ripe bananas
ā€¢ 3 eggs
ā€¢ 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
ā€¢ 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
ā€¢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ā€¢ 1 teaspoon cinnamon
ā€¢ 1 teaspoon baking soda
ā€¢ 1 teaspoon baking powder
ā€¢ pinch of salt
ā€¢ 3 cups almond flour
ā€¢ 1 scoopĀ Ā Vanilla Plant ProteinĀ 
ā€¢ 2/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
ā€¢ Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.
ā€¢ Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well.
ā€¢ Add the dry ingredients and gently mix in the chocolate chips.
ā€¢ Spoon the mixture into a greased or lined muffin tin and top with extra chocolate chips.
ā€¢ Bake at 350Ā°F for 25 minutes and enjoy!
