ā¢ 3 ripe bananas
ā¢ 3 eggs
ā¢ 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
ā¢ 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
ā¢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ā¢ 1 teaspoon cinnamon
ā¢ 1 teaspoon baking soda
ā¢ 1 teaspoon baking powder
ā¢ pinch of salt
ā¢ 3 cups almond flour
ā¢ 1 scoopĀ Ā Vanilla Plant ProteinĀ
ā¢ 2/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
ā¢ Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.
ā¢ Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well.
ā¢ Add the dry ingredients and gently mix in the chocolate chips.
ā¢ Spoon the mixture into a greased or lined muffin tin and top with extra chocolate chips.
ā¢ Bake at 350Ā°F for 25 minutes and enjoy!
