Chocolate Keto Pudding with Coconut Whip
- 2 scoops Designer Keto Pure Chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- WHIPPED CREAM
- 1 can coconut milk
- splash vanilla extract
- Place can of coconut milk and mixing bowl/whisk in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
- Whip together all pudding ingredients until smooth, set aside.
- Carefully open the can of coconut milk without shaking and scoop out the cream part, discard the liquid.
- Whisk on high until peaks begin to form and add a splash of vanilla to taste.
- Layer pudding and whipped cream in a glass and enjoy!
