Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup diced granny smith apple
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ scoops Essential 10 Meal Replacement Madagascar Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Line a cupcake tray and evenly distribute mixture.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Let cool 5 minutes. Optional honey drizzle.
