- ½ scoop Designer Whey Chocolate Mocha
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt⠀
- toppings of choice
- Whisk together egg whites and protein powder.
- Heat a greased pan with butter or oil on low, pour in the mixture, and heat until cooked through (be patient, you don’t want to cook it too fast or it will burn).
- Spread Greek yogurt on half, fold over, and top with toppings of choice. (Ideas: fresh or frozen berries, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey, pure maple syrup)
