Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Muffins
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup diced granny smith apple
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ scoops Essential 10 Meal Replacement Madagascar Vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Line a cupcake tray and evenly distribute mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let cool 5 minutes. Optional honey drizzle.
