Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Cookies

Ingredients
  1. - 1 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter, softened
  2. (Plus more for topping)
  3. - 1/2 cup Cane Sugar
  4. - 1 tbsp ground Flax
  5. - 2 tbsp Water
  6. - 2 tsp Nature's Charm Vegan Carmel Sauce
  7. - 1/2 cup Designer Protein Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
  8. - 1 1/4 cups Pastry Flour
  9. - 1 tsp Baking Soda
  10. - 1/4 tsp Salt
  11. - 1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate or Carob Chips⠀
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together PB and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix flax and water and let sit for 2 minutes. Combine into one bowl. Thoroughly mix in all ingredients, except chocolate chips. Fold in chips.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Place cookies about 1 inch apart. Bake for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool. With a piping bag, swirl more peanut butter on top (star tip used above).
