Maple Glazed Sweet Potato Oats

  1. 1.5 cups oats
  2. 1.5 cups water
  3. 1 small sweet potato
  4. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 scoop of Sunshine Protein (could also substitute in Designer Whey Purely Unflavored)
  6. 1/2 sp cinnamon
  7. 1/2 tsp Allspice
  8. 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  9. dash of salt
  10. Toppings of choice
  1. Cook sweet potato in a covered skillet with water until soft
  2. Cook oatmeal in a pot according to directions on the package
  3. Combine cooked sweet potato and all other ingredients except oats and toppings in a blender to mix.
  4. Mix puree in with oats.
  5. Top with you favorite toppings! (Toppings pictured: raisins, pecans, pumpkin seeds)
