Homemade Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients
  1. * 1/2 cup JIF peanut butter
  2. * 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  3. * 1/8 cup honey ⠀
  4. * 2 tsp vanilla extract ⠀
  5. * 2 scoops of Designer Protein Designer Whey French Vanilla
  6. * 1 cup quick oats ⠀
  7. * 2 tablespoons chia seeds ⠀
  8. * 2 tablespoons chocolate chips + 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  9. * 1/3 cup dried craisins ⠀
  10. * 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  11. * 1/4 cup chopped pecans/walnuts (optional) ⠀ ⠀
Instructions
  1. Heat peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat and mix together.⠀
  2. Remove from heat and combine with protein powder, oats, craisins, chopped nuts (optional), chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
  3. Place in a 7X9 inch pan lined with parchment paper.⠀
  4. Add chocolate chips and coconut in a saucepan and place over low heat until melted. Drizzle over the tops of the bars.⠀⠀
  5. Place in fridge for 1 hour before removing from pan and cutting into bars.⠀
