Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup leafy greens (purple kale used here)
  2. 1/2 avocado
  3. 1/4 cup mango, frozen
  4. 1/4 cup pineapple, frozen
  5. 3/4 cup coconut water
  6. 1 Tb honey, coconut sugar or natural sweetener (optional)
  7. 1 scoop Designer Whey Protein Powder in French Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Blend all items together. Top with hemp seeds, spirulina and avocado.
