GINGER MUG CAKE

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  2. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  3. 1 tbsp molasses
  4. 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  5. 3 tsp coconut oil, melted
  6. 3 tbsp almond milk
  7. 1 scoop Designer Whey in French Vanilla (use Essentail 10 Protein in Choco-Love for a dairy-free option)
  8. 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Grease a mug with coconut oil. Combine all ingredients into oversized mug. Stir with a small whisk or fork until batter is smooth.
  2. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. If cake is not done, microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Serve while warm.
Notes
  1. BONUS: molasses is considered a superfood since it has a rich nutritional profile - Blackstrap molasses has a high iron content, as well as it contains vitamin B6, calcium, manganese, magnesium and potassium.
