Double Chocolate Protein Truffle

- 15 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 scoop Designer Whey chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 buckwheat groats
- Chia seeds, cocoa powder, or hemp hearts for topping
- Add dates, Designer Whey chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sea salt and almond butter to the food processor.
- Blend in food processor until mixture is a dough-like consistency.
- Pour into bowl, add buckwheat groats and mix until combined.
- Take dough mixture and scoop into spoon-sized portions. Roll into balls.
- Roll truffle balls into desired topping(s) until coated.
