Ingredients
  1. 1 scoop Essential 10 Protein in Choco-love
  2. 2 TB gluten free flour
  3. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. 2 egg whites
  5. Pinch salt
  6. 1/3-1/2 c almond milk (adjust to batter consistency)
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together in a microwave-safe mug
  2. Cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes
  3. Remove from microwave and let sit for 1 minute until cool
  4. Add your favorite toppings & enjoy!
