10 CARROT BLING SMOOTHIE
Carrots are so much more than a crunchy orange vegetable - this powerfood is loaded with vitamin A along with many other powerful health benefits including beautiful skin, anti-aging properties and cancer prevention. An easy way to add carrots into your daily routine is to add carrot juice in your smoothie, check out my carrot smoothie recipe for inspiration!

- 1 cup carrot juice (I used a blend of carrot, apple, ginger)
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Essential 10 Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Blend all ingredients until smooth - ENJOY!
