Ingredients
  1. 1 cup carrot juice (I used a blend of carrot, apple, ginger)
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 scoop of Sustained Energy in Vanilla Bean
  4. 1 tsp turmeric
  5. 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth - ENJOY!
